TAKE A CLOSER LOOK
Some of our bigger projects in more depth…

Every now and then you finish a project that you really want to show off. This page is dedicated to some of these projects. These are gardens that we, and the customer, are very proud of. They show you a few different ways in which we came up with solutions to our customer’s briefs in creative ways. If you have a similar space that you need some help with, then maybe some of the designs below will help give you some creative inspiration.

Manor Road, Beckenham…

Our client was looking to create straight, crisp lines along a very lengthy garden, keeping with a traditional style and creating plenty of planting space between two sizeable gravel driveways.

New entrance cobble setts laid across between new brick pillars, built ready for new electric gates fitted. Using the same sandstone cobbles we edged the borders and the york stone paths.

Links Road, West Wickham…

White porcelain paving was used for this back garden creating a brilliantly bright space for our clients to enjoy. Straight, square lines give a new modern look to this project.

A second seating area was created to give our clients chance to make the most of the last of the sun on hot summer days, and also an excuse for them to incorporate a pizza oven, BBQ and kitchen workspace! Porcelain was used for the worktop for an easily cleanable surface.

Bonar Place, Elmstead Woods…

A challenging garden design gave us the chance to completely transform the look of this garden, originally an old slippery deck area now has the potential to be a great family space, using grey Indian sandstone 900mm x 600mm slabs on the patio to create a grand feel.

White rendered walls give a nice bright, clean finish. A water feature was added near the middle floating seat area for a calm, peaceful place to relax. Wooden sleepers were used to retain a previously planted border, a nice change in material which sets off the white walls.

Malmains Way, Beckenham…

A front and back garden was redesigned to suit the new extension, bringing the new patio up to meet the bi-fold doors which gives a nice flow from inside to out. Millboard decking built on a 45 degree angle to offset the square 90 degree paving pattern.

Raised borders around the patio built ready for our clients to plant herbs to go with their homegrown vegetables. The pergola over the pathway creates a lovely feature and leads you down the garden towards the vegetable and fruit planting area.

Rectory Road, Beckenham…

This picturesque garden was designed by ourselves and the client. Using beige sawn sandstone for the paving areas gives plenty of charm to a lovely traditional garden.

A new lawn for the kids to play, edged using a minimalist everedge system to separate the lawn and visually leading pathways.
